The pied piper of Hamelin is a world renowned tale of a town that was suffering from a rat infestation. A man named Frankie Gammyfoot contracted with the town to rid them of the rats. He played his pipe and led all the rats into the Weser river where they all drowned. The townspeople reneged on their promise of payment, so one day when the townspeople were in church, Frankie Gammyfoot came back into town, this time playing his pipe and all the children, 130 of them, were led into a dark cave never to be seen again.

If the piece is not in stock we will drop-ship from the Lladro factory and it will arrive to you usually in 10 to 14 days.
